2020-04-27<\/strong><\/p>\n Our sales staff as well as a majority of our administrative employees are working from home. All of them can be reached on their usual phone numbers and continue to be available to answer your questions.<\/p>\n In order to maintain our production operations, we have introduced shift work which is carried out by independent teams who don’t have any direct contact with each other. Therefore, we assume that we will be able to keep our production running, even in a quarantine case.<\/p>\n On the one hand, these measures ensure the health of our employees and on the other hand, protect against economic loss of production.<\/p>\n We have already been working for weeks on securing our stock levels of raw materials and thus are still well supplied. This is why we are able to compensate delivery stoppages of a few days with minor delays for our customers. Only solvents are in very short supply for the moment. Here, we are somewhat constrained regarding the delivery of our dilution products. We think, however, that there is still no need to stock these products.<\/p>\n Important note:<\/strong> logistics and transport pose a major problem with daily changes being possible here. There have not yet been any bottlenecks in national trade. The dynamics of action, the imposition of the state of disaster as well as the closure of certain areas and borders have considerably intensified the situation. The waiting times and delays at borders are increasing. Therefore, please do not see all commitments as guarantee for a timely delivery.<\/p>\n In order to avoid additional costs, we ask everyone to only order goods that can be delivered safely. Please get back to your customers reguarly and check if the delivery can actually take place on site. We reserve the right to charge for the return of goods. The situation demands a lot from all of us but we want to achieve the best in our mutual interest.
